This is what's sometimes known as the sung Fellowship Theme, although only the beginning of this section uses the Fellowship melody. It's heard just after Aragorn says, "For Frodo" and continues over action at the Black Gate and on the side of the mountain until the Nazgul show up.

On the way to the Black Gate...

Then Aragorn set trumpeters at each of the four roads that ran into the ring of trees, and they blew a great fanfare, and the heralds cried aloud: 'The Lords of Gondor have returned and all this land that is theirs they take back.
